Our ministry
Redemption Hill Church is a Christian Church based in the city of Edmonton, Alberta. Our aim is to unveil the excellencies of Jesus Christ through Biblical teaching and fellowship, thus creating an environment where people become informed and inspired by the living word, and become equipped to live victorious lives. We believe that true purpose is found in Jesus Christ. God created mankind for a purpose, but mankind’s purpose became corrupted in sin. Jesus Christ came to correct mankind’s purpose and restore us to God.
Our aim is to:
- Reveal who Christ is. Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior. He left His splendor and glory in heaven and came to earth in the likeness of man to die for mankind’s sin, but is alive today and is highly exalted above all names (Philippians 2:6-11; 3:10).
- Reveal who we are in Christ. As believers in Christ, we are a new creation in Him. Our past has been forgiven and all things have become new (1 Corinthians 5:7). Christ has restored us to God’s purpose.
- Reveal Christ to the world. Jesus is the sinner’s Savior and desires all people to be saved (John 3:16, 1 Timothy 2:4; 2 Peter 3:9).
